Entering Items Intructions

We welcome equipment and apparel for horses and ponies of all sizes shapes and disciplines.

  • First, go to our website address and the Registration link. Be sure to always login through this link https://www.myconsignmentmanager.com/barntobarn/

  • If you have never sold with this sale AND/OR you do not have a User ID and password, then click on Create an Account and follow the prompts. If you did use this tagging system last season with this sale and just forgot your login information, please just click on “Forgot Password Or User ID?” or contact your consignment owner.

  • Sort all your items by clothing, equipment, etc. Regarding clothing, sort by gender and then size.

  • When sorting is completed, enter your items into the system. Go to the tab, Enter Items. By sorting prior to entering, you will save a lot of time because you will only have to reenter the price and description for each similar item. You also can avoid using the mouse entirely by simply using the tab button, selecting the first letter of each entry in the drop downs and the enter key to add items.

  • If you need to edit anything, go the Manage Inventory screen. Here you can print inventory reports, mass edit items or individual items, and see a Projected Settlement Report based on the items you have entered into the system.

  • Printing can be performed at any time, at intervals or all at once when you finish entering your items. Please make sure that your tag paper is WHITE CARD STOCK paper (at least 60# or 67# cardstock). Faded barcodes and tags that are too dark may not work; must appear crisp & clear.

  • Use only one unique tag with its own unique item number for each item to be sold (please do not make copies of tags).* Remember, you will only be paid based on the printed price listed on the tag - not what is online; so if you make changes online to a tag, you must reprint the tag

  • Once your tags are printed, make sure the bar-code is clear and is not excessively dark (use normal setting when printing – NOT BEST quality), then cut on the lines and safety pin to left shoulder or right side if the clothing is facing you. When applying tape to the equipment, etc. please do not put tape on the bar-codes.
